The matching of learners and training content consists in connecting learner profiles with adapted training. But what course volumes are more suited to skill-driven matching?
Depending on the volumes of courses involved, manual matching or “technological” matching may be more appropriate:
- For small volumes of courses and learners, manual matching is the more suitable method: because up to 10 training contents and 10 learners the mapping and matching steps can easily be performed manually.
- For large volumes of courses and learners, the matching based on technology is the more suitable method: because beyond 10 training contents and/or 10 learners manual matching becomes too tedious.
